Therapy
At this time, therapy is offered as an integrated part of medication management rather than as a standalone service. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and solution-focused, creating a safe space to check in, process challenges, and build practical coping skills alongside your medication plan.
Psychiatric Assessment/Diagnosis
Through detailed consultations and evidence-based tools, we aim to understand your unique symptoms, challenges, and history. The goal is to provide an accurate diagnosis and a clear understanding of your condition, paving the way for effective treatment planning and support. With a focus on empathy and expertise, we work together to help you gain insights and take the first step towards improved mental well-being.
Medication Management
Offering personalized treatment plans, carefully tailored to your individual needs and goals. We work closely with you to monitor and adjust your medications, ensuring optimal effectiveness and minimal side effects. By combining clinical expertise with compassionate care, we strive to help you achieve better mental well-being and a higher quality of life.
ADHD Evaluation Services
Comprehensive ADHD evaluations are conducted using a structured, evidence-based assessment process. For clients seeking an initial ADHD diagnosis, the evaluation typically requires at least two separate 45–60 minute appointments when using insurance. For self-pay clients, extended appointment options may allow the evaluation process to be completed in a single longer visit, when clinically appropriate.
The ADHD evaluation process includes:
A comprehensive psychiatric intake
Completion of standardized ADHD screening tools
A structured clinical diagnostic interview
The clinical interview is a guided conversation designed to explore patterns of attention, focus, impulsivity, and activity levels from childhood through adulthood, ensuring that diagnostic criteria are carefully reviewed.
Clients transferring care with a prior ADHD diagnosis must provide relevant records, including prior evaluations and treatment history. Continued treatment and/or prescribing will be determined on a case-by-case basis and must meet current diagnostic criteria and clinical safety standards.
