I am committed to providing an authentic, approachable, and non-judgmental experience for all my clients. I believe in creating an inclusive space where everyone feels welcome and respected. As a lifelong learner, I am constantly seeking new knowledge and skills to better support my clients and address their unique needs.

I'm a little bit East Coast and a little bit West Coast, bringing diverse perspectives to my practice. With 15 years of nursing experience across various specialties, I discovered a common theme that shaped my career path: the critical need for more mental health care in our communities. This realization inspired me to focus on mental health, where I aim to build a trusting relationship where you feel heard, understood, and empowered on your journey

Meet Freddie

Freddie is a four-year-old black-and-white love machine! She is working on her Therapy Certification for dogs and will be available to join in sessions soon. Please let us know if you would like some cuddles when visiting, and we will add you to the list. She looks forward to seeing you.
