Payment Policies/Insurance Update:

  • I am currently Out-Of Network with all insurances, which means I do not have a contract with any insurance company at the moment. You may still be able to receive care with me, but your insurance might cover less of the cost than it would with an in-network provider. I recommend checking with your insurance company to understand your benefits for out-of-network services. I can provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. You will be provided an invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. *Below is the current fee schedule.

  •  I am currently being processed to become an in-network provider with Premera Blue Cross, First Choice, and UnitedHealthcare, and anticipate completing this process by the end of 2024. Please check back for updates as I look forward to offering these options to enhance your access to care.

Cancellations:

  • Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance of cancellations by text or email. I understand life happens and last-minute things come up with that in mind, I offer a one-time grace for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations without penalty. Subsequent occurrences will incur the full fee. I understand life's demands, but I appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a sustainable practice. Consistent attendance is crucial for effective treatment. Frequently missed appointments may lead to a reassessment of your fit with the practice.

  • ILLNESS Specific: Please stay home and take good care of yourself. If you need to cancel due to illness, please do so via text or e-mail as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours, I will waive any late cancellation fees.

    Hours and Communication:

  • Business Hours are 9 am - 5 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and 10 am-3 pm on Fridays. Please note I see patients both via telehealth and in person at my Tacoma on Tuesday and Wednesday and via telehealth only on Thursdays and Fridays.

  • You may call, text, or e-mail during these hours and I will do my best to get back to you within 24 hours during weekday office hours. I generally do not return calls or e-mails after office hours. If you are a current patient having a crisis during or after office hours, please text me to let me know the situation. This is the best way to reach me. I will do my best to reach out to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you are having an emergency, and you need attention immediately, please call 911 or the King County Crisis Line at (206) 461-3222 or Pierce County (800) 576-7764, which is available 24 hours a day.

    Current Fee Schedule:

  • New Patient Psychiatric Intake and evaluation (required for the first visit): depending on complexity, time, and any needed forms: 250$ - 350$.

  • Follow Up Medication Management (may include some supportive therapy) 165$-200$

  • Psychotherapy full sessions (with medication management) 50 mins 185$-250$

  • Form Completion outside of appointment 30$

    Upon becoming a patient, you will receive all detailed policies that require your review and signature to ensure mutual understanding and agreement.
